"Accommodation Manager" cannot be held responsible, for any reason, including any contestable content, for any failure to deliver requests, for service interruptions due to faults or maintenance of the website.
For each booking, Accommodation Manager does not receive any commission, neither from the Tour Operator nor from the Customer.
The prices published on the site include VAT.
Where applicable, the tour operator may charge the customer any tourist tax if not included in the total cost of the booking.
Prices for the same stay may vary favorably as each offer may entail restrictions and special conditions relating to cancellation and payment.
The customer is required to carefully check the booking details for any relevant restrictions.
The Tourist operator decides independently which payment methods he accepts and makes them available directly during the booking phase. The accepted methods can be: Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Cash, Stripe, PayPal, etc.
Payment can be made directly at the hotel, at check-in or check-out. Sometimes, the tour operator may require a confirmatory deposit or advance payment.
In the event that payment is made using "Online Payment" methods, the structure uses a platform such as Stripe or PayPal which manages each transaction securely. The Customer provides their card details directly to the platform and the tour operator automatically receives the payment.
In the event that you are asked to provide credit card data as a guarantee, they are transmitted to the Operator via our secure server which has an SSL certificate, capable of protecting the customer from unlikely interceptions .
For reservations, Accommodation Manager does not accept payments from customers, not even indirectly, and consequently cannot be held responsible for any authorized, unauthorized or incorrect deductions and therefore will not accept any request for partial or total refund.
In any case, payment will be made exclusively to the Tour Operator in the agreed manner.
In case of use of the credit card provided as guarantee, the Tour Operator can exercise the right of verification, pre-authorization and, if applicable, direct payment.
The customer can cancel the booking directly from their account within the deadlines set by the Tour Operator, without being required to make any payment in this case.
If the rate chosen by the customer is "Non-Refundable", the customer is not entitled to any refund in the event of cancellation, no-show or early departure.
In case of no-show, early departure or cancellation of the reservation outside the established deadlines, the Tour Operator may charge the relevant penalty and, where applicable, any expenses.
The customer is required to check any special conditions before concluding the booking.
To conclude the booking procedure, the customer must verify and accept the terms and conditions which will continue to be available in the confirmation email or by viewing the dedicated page on the Accommodation Manager website, which can be reached by clicking on the appropriate link.
The reservation can also be canceled by/or following a request from the Tour Operator when it requests an advance payment and the customer has not done so within the required terms, when a credit card is requested as a guarantee and this is not valid or has no funds available sufficient to deal with any penalties. In such cases, the Tour Operator has no obligation to provide notice or previous notification.
